Mike has 30+ years of industry experience leading successful exploration teams in extensional and compressional basins both domestically and internationally. As a structural specialist, Mike brings a global perspective to basin architecture and petroleum systems analysis. His M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Structural Geology from the University of Calgary support his work experience which ranges from Offshore Newfoundland, Alaska, Gulf of Mexico, Chile and Argentina. Mike has held senior technical and management positions at Petro-Canada, Equinor (Statoil) and Suncor, and has a passion for solving technical challenges in pursuit of value creation. Mike has a track record of exploration success, leading large integrated projects and budgets to deliver commercial objectives. Mike is fluent in English and Spanish, and speaks some French.

Craig has 30 + years of domestic and international experience in project and construction management associated with large capital initiatives such as upgrading, infrastructure and offshore East Coast initiatives. Educated as a mechanical engineer, Craig has a proven track record of overseeing and delivering mega projects, programs, and turnarounds with Suncor Energy. Craig has experience delivering projects safely, on time and on budget. His passion lies in developing high-performing teams and optimizing business processes, all while adeptly managing customer and Joint Venture Partner expectations in complex environments.

He has worked with a variety of companies possessing different strategies and risk profiles in pursuit of value creation. Keith’s collaborative and integrated approach to problem solving has underpinned reserve and production growth and overall commercial success. As a senior manager, Keith is a respected leader who attracts, develops and retains high-performing talent. Keith has an MBA from Pepperdine University, California, a BSc in Geology from the University of Calgary. (BSc Geology) and he has dual US-Canadian citizenship.
